Housing
Opera San José is one of the few opera companies in the United States that provides multiple options for housing for both our Resident Artists and our traveling guest artists. Our first housing option is for our Residents, with our apartments on North 1st Street. Our second location, primarily reserved for our guest artists, is our 15th Street apartments, within walking distance of the California Theatre and a short drive to our rehearsal space. The final property we use for our artists is the Irene Dalis house, a historical San Jose landmark and the birthplace of the famed Opera San José Founder Irene Dalis.
