Haoran Li is a Chinese lyric baritone with a passion for bringing characters to life on stage. He continues to develop his repertoire and stage experience through performances and collaborations. His recent performances include Prince Yamadori/ Yakuside in Madama Butterfly and Guglielmo (cover) in Così fan tutte with Opera San Jose. Other roles include Baron in Cendrillon , Schaunard in La Bohème , the Count in Le Nozze di Figaro , Belcore in L’elisir d’Amore , Simone in Gianni Schicchi , and the title role of Don Giovanni . He is currently a Professional Studies Certificate student at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, studying with Matthew Worth. He holds a Master of Music from the San Francisco Conservatory and a Bachelor of Music from the Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing.
