DESCRIPTION:Join Opera San José as we kick off our 40th anniversary season with our first event of the year at the California Theatre – South First Friday Art Walk on Friday\, September 1st\, 2023. \nWe are opening the doors to the California Theatre for an evening filled with music\, a sneak peek of the Romeo and Juliet rehearsal live at 7:00 pm\, and other special activities!  \nFeaturing dancers at 5:45 pm\, artists from the production will perform arias starting at 6:30 pm\, the lobby Wurlitzer organ player- Jerry Nagano at 7:30 pm\, and ending the night with a beautiful string quartet at 8:00 pm. \nDoors open at 5:30 pm \nWe hope to see you there!
