Santa Fe Opera  Tour – August 1 – 6, 2017

Deposits, Final Payment, And Cancellations
A deposit of $800.00 per person is required by June 10, 2017 to secure a confirmed reservation on the tour. 

Final payment falls due on June 16, 2017.

There is a cancellation fee of $600.00 per person imposed for any canceled deposit made before June 1, 2017 to cover pre-paid tour tickets such as opera tickets, hotel accommodations and other arrangements. For cancellations made between June 2, 2017 and June 31, 2017 the penalty for canceling is 40% of the tour rate per person. From July 1, 2017 to July 25, 2017 the penalty is 70% of the tour rate per person. After July 26 2017, no refund can be given. All cancellations must be received in writing. No refunds for unused services offered. Ten tour participants are required to operate the tour. 

Optional Tours
Optional tours to Georgia O’Keeffe’s home in Abiquiu and to the Santa Domingo Corn Dance Festival will be offered on Friday, August 4th.  Rates to be advised.

Insurance
Trip cancellation and medical insurance is strongly recommended. We are offering group medical insurance offered by Travel Insured International for $195.00 per person based on double occupancy. For single room occupancy the rate $215.00.   Insurance will cover pre-existing medical conditions for you or for members of your family, flight delays over 12 hours, baggage loss, accident & sickness medical expenses. Insurance payment must be made within 14 days of sending in the deposit. A minimum of 10 passengers is required to offer this special insurance.  Please provide us with a separate check made payable to Creative Travel Arrangers for this insurance.  
          
Air Flights
Our group flight will be departing from San Francisco to Albuquerque and returning to San Francisco. The schedule times will be advised in the near future.

Responsibility Clause
Creative Travel Arrangers, and/or associated and/or affiliated agents are not responsible for accidents, death, loss, detention, annoyance or delays incurred by hotels, transportation companies, or expenses arising from same, quarantine, strike, force majeure, failure of trains, steamers, motors, and planes and other means or change in travel or hotel service, and other causes over which we have no control. As the full responsibility of the operation of the vehicles for these tours rests with the company (ies) of operation, recourse of any mishap must be sought in the county where the accident occurs. Reasonable changes in the routing, hotels and sightseeing services may be made if circumstances demand, or where deemed advisable for the comfort and well-being of the passengers. Creative Travel Arrangers assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, damage or accident to passenger’s baggage. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time the passenger is not aboard their planes. The passage contract in use by the airlines concerned, when used, shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the purchaser of these tours, and/or the passenger. The services of any air carriers may be utilized in connection with these itineraries. Creative Travel Arrangers reserves the right to refuse tour membership either before departure or during the tour, to any person should such person’s health, mental or physical condition, disability or general deportment interfere with or impede the operation of the tour, or whose mental, physical condition or behavior is incompatible with the interests or welfare of the group. Should such person be required to leave the tour, a refund will be made of unused land services less other non-refundable portions of the tour.
