Upon departure from the company at the conclusion of the 2006 - 2007 season, TALISE TREVIGNE (2006 - 2007) received kudos for her performance in the title role of Lucia di Lammermoor with San Francisco Lyric Opera. On October 25 and 26, 2007, Ms. Trevigne reprises her Violetta in a new production directed by Graham Vick with England's Birmingham Opera with the City Of Birmingham Symphony. In November, she will make her Chicago concert début when she performs with the Chicago Master Singers as guest soloist in the Fauré Requiem and Bruckner's Te Deum with Maestro Alan Heatherington and the Ars Viva Symphony Orchestra as soloist in Richard Strauss' Vier letzte Lieder. Ms. Trevigne will repeat this performance again on March 18, 2008 with Maestro Michael Morgan and the Sacramento Philharmonic.

Ms. Trevigne made her company debut during Opera San José's 2006 - 2007 season, appearing as Juliette (Roméo et Juliette), Rosina (The Barber of Seville) and Violetta (La traviata). Other recent performances include the role of Euridice (Orfeo ed Euridice), Norina (Don Pasquale) and Nanetta (Falstaff), all at the Caramoor International Festival. Ms. Trevigne also performed the title role in the world premiere of Armida, which was filmed on location in Morocco and will be broadcast in England during  fall of 2006.

On the concert stage, Ms. Trevigne recently debuted as vocal soloist in the world premiere of Dance Theater of Harlem's St. Louis Woman - a Blues Ballet at Lincoln Center Festival, and later at the Dorothy Chandler Pavillion in Los Angeles and the Kennedy Center in Washington DC. Other concert appearances have included performances of Cantaloube's Chants D'Auvergne, Mahler's Second Symphony, Barber's Knoxville, Summer of 1915 and Haydn's Creation. She has been a featured soloist in numerous benefit concerts including those for the San Francisco Aids Foundation and the Names Project.
