If you do not receive your tickets within two weeks after you have placed your order, call 408.437.4450 to confirm that we have received your request.
Single tickets are mailed immediately after your order is processed. All sales are final. The full price of returned tickets, if Opera San José can re-sell them, is considered a charitable contribution by the IRS.
Ticket exchanges are based on seating availability and will require additional collection if you exchange into opening night or a more expensive seat location.
