Costume Designer

Cathleen Edwards designs costumes for the 2012-13 production of Die Fledermaus. Last season, Ms. Edward’s designs were featured in Pagliacci. Other OSJ productions that have featured her costumes include The Barber of Seville, The Elixir of Love, Werther, L’Ormindo, Turn of the Screw, Phaedra, Rigoletto, Xerxes, Il Turco in Italia, and The Rake’s Progress.

Ms. Edwards has designed costumes for American Conservatory Theatre, Alaska Repertory Theatre, Berkeley Repertory Theatre, American Musical Theatre of San Jose, TheatreWorks, Marin Theatre Company, Shaklee Corporation Industrial Shows, California Coast Opera, Berkeley Shakespeare Festival, One-Act Theatre Company and the Wagner Society.

Awards and accolades received include two Drama-Logues (Pacific Overtures and Follies), and two Bay Area Critics’ Circle awards (Pacific Overtures and Crucifer of Blood).
