During August of 2008, ANDREW EISENMANN appears in the world premiere of Lesley Dill's and Richard Marriott's Divide Light, taking place at Montalvo Arts Center in Saratoga, California. Recent engagements for Mr. Eisenmann included a performance with the San Jose Chamber Orchestra in Craig Bohmler's Cinema Song, his role as Falke with Mississippi Opera, Count Almaviva with Cleveland Opera and Belcore with Anchorage Opera. In 2000, debuts included Zurga (Les Pêcheurs de perles) with Cleveland Opera and Bach’s Mass in G Major and Cantata No. 214 with the Washington Bach Consort, Count Almaviva for Anchorage Opera, and in the fall of 2000, Mr. Eisenmann returned to Opera San José to appear in the title role of Eugene Oñegin. In 1998 - 1999, he made company debuts with Opera Memphis (Schaunard in La bohème), and the Baltimore Opera (Eugene Oñegin and Giordano’s Andre Chénier). In 1999, he debuted as a guest soloist at Carnegie Hall in Fauré’s Requiem, at The Kennedy Center in Vaughn-Williams’ Five Mystical Songs, and at the Prague Music Festival (Mozart's Requiem). Since leaving Opera San José, Mr. Eisenmann appeared as Count di Luna in Verdi’s Il trovatore with West Bay Opera, Count Almaviva in Le nozze di Figaro with Apollo Opera, and Falke in Die Fledermaus for Santa Barbara Grand Opera in the 1997 - 1998 season. |
