Lynda Paul Osborne

Director of Finance/Operations

Ms. Osborne, who has been Director of Finance and Operations for Opera San José since 2004, brings ten years of banking and finance management to the company. As a Finance Manager for ROLM Corporation, Ms. Osborne developed financial accounting software; as a private business owner, she worked as a consultant to venture capitalist firms, creating accounting software for start-ups. Ms. Osborne has also assisted local law enforcement agencies by providing financial forensics for companies under investigation for questionable accounting practices.

While at OSJ, Ms. Osborne has been instrumental in several organizational projects, streamlining procedures and improving efficiency, including an overhaul of OSJ’s financial accounting software, upgrades to the company’s ticketing and development software and, most recently, OSJ’s computer network and server integration. As Director of Finance and Operations, Ms. Osborne is responsible for overseeing company finances, human resources, facilities, IT and labor negotiations.
