There is a $1.50 per order fee for all on-line ticket orders. In addition, for on-line purchases Tickets.com will charge a processing fee of $4 per ticket. No group tickets, subscriptions or gift certificates may be purchased on-line.

All single ticket sales are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
All sales are final.

Single tickets may be exchanged for a fee of $10 per transaction, based upon ticket availability. There is no exchange fee for subscribers.

If you do not receive your tickets within two weeks after you have placed your order, call 408-437-4450 to confirm that we have received your request. Single tickets are mailed immediately after your order is processed. All sales are final. The full price of returned tickets, if Opera San José can re-sell them, is considered a charitable contribution by the IRS. Ticket exchanges are based on seating availability and will require additional collection if you exchange into opening night or a more expensive seat location. Casting is subject to change without notice.
