During the 2004 - 2005 season, DONNA OLSON performed the role of Magdalena in Berkeley Opera's Special Wagner Review of Die Meistersinger, and under the management of Robert Gilder & Company, will make an audition tour of Germany during fall 2005. Most recently, Ms. Olson appeared with former OSJ artist Scott Bearden to rave reviews in West Bay Opera's production of Kurt Weill's Three Penny Opera, in which she sang the role of Mrs. Peachum. Other recent performances include an appearance as Ulrica in West Bay Opera's 2003 production of Un ballo in maschera, and Flora (La traviata) with Sacramento Opera in fall 2003. |
