Kelly Houston returns to OSJ during the 2005 - 2006 season to appear as Benoît and Alcindoro in La bohème. Mr. Houston has performed on stage, made recordings, and appeared on tv, radio, film and at night clubs around the bay area for over 30 years. Mr. Houston was previously seen as Frosch (Die Fledermaus) in his OSJ debut during the 2003 - 2004 season.

Stage credits include Caiaphas
(Jesus Christ Superstar) for the Muny in St. Louis; Booker T. (Ragtime) for Theatreworks; Senator transformed (Finian’s Rainbow); Ben Rumson (Paint Your Wagon) and Cesar (Fanny) for 42nd Street Moon, San Francisco. Other performances include EvitaAnnie, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, The Music Man, Anything Goes, Kismet, Most Happy Fella, all with American Musical Theatre of San Jose. Most recently, Mr. Houston completed a West Coast tour of Dreamgirls.
 
A much sought-after voice actor, he was awarded the Northern California Regional Emmy as the voice and cyber puppeteer of Spencer F. Katt, a virtual character on ZDTV (now TechTV).
